Art Bunt built us our first new home & it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It truly was a custom house, from the floor plan, to the cabinets, to the light fixtures and everything in between. We were given an allowance for each item in our home & we could shop accordingly to our budget. He didn't have a warehouse for us to go to, with only 3 different types of carpet to choose from. We were able to go to local flooring stores and shop around for exactly what we wanted, that fit in our price point. We were able to save on light fixtures, which allowed us to have a greater allowance for our cabinets. Art communicated with us every step of the way, letting us know what we needed to pick out next and when it would be installed.
